Try Fibre Glast’s vacuum bagging supplies and find out. The role of this high-strength tack tape is to securely seal your vacuum bag before and throughout the curing process. It also seals fittings, couplings, pleating, tears and holes. Note that this is our strongest tack tape, so adjustments after adhesion will be difficult. For a strong seal that is less aggressive, use our gray sealant tape. And to secure materials inside the vacuum bag (like breather-bleeder cloth, peel ply and release film), use our clean-release flash tape. This single yellow roll of sealing tape is 25 feet long. The high-heat tape works for temperatures up to 400F and won’t leave residue behind.
