How to Use
1. Pour in Water and Flour
A proper ratio of water and flour can effectively reduce the sticking of dough in the dough bowl. Some cooking oil (not included) can be added as an aid.
2. Select Function
Support 3 working modes: knead, ferment, knead + ferment. Support knead time 1-40min, ferment time 1-2 hours
3. Finish a Dough
The recommended ratio of flour to water is 100:50~100:60. It has to imitate making the dough by hand, so the motor will turn intermittently (work, stop, work...), which is normal.

Notes

3. To make the machine work better, the range of mixable flour is 0.705-3.53 lbs.
4. If your room temperature is below 68°F, we recommend using warm water to achieve better fermentation results.
