Items can be shipped back to browne amplification when bought directly from our website, however, all costs for shipping back to browne are the responsibility of the customer while costs for shipping back to customer will be covered by browne - except for malfunctions arisen within 10 days from the receipt of the product, wherein browne will pay for all the costs. In layman’s terms - if you buy it from us, and something goes wrong within 10 days - we will pay for it to be shipped back to us for repair. If it’s been longer than 10 days, we will still repair it under warranty, but you are responsible for getting it shipped to us for repair.
