Allstar Magnetic Base for Dial Indicator has a magnetic base which can be used with most dial indicators. The magnetic base should be used for mounting the dial indicator when degreeing a camshaft, checking crankshaft end play, deck heights, dome heights, transmission end play or ring and pinion backlash. The universal magnetic base may be mounted anywhere. The dial indicator is available and is sold separately by ordering Allstar part 96415. It is backed by a 90-day limited factory warranty and sold individually.
