1. Vacuum storage: suitable for vacuum drying and storage of biochemical reagents, drugs, optical lenses, precision components, seeds, cultural relics, and other items.
Dry storage under vacuum can greatly extend the storage time. Transparent containers are convenient for observing the storage status of items placed inside at any time.
2. Inert gas vacuum storage: material anti oxidation.
3. Vacuum drying: The vacuum drying process is fast and safe, especially effective for drying volatile liquids.

Product features
1. Long vacuum maintenance time: After 31 days of vacuuming, the change in vacuum degree is less than 6%.

3. No need to use sealing grease. The upper and lower parts of the vessel are sealed with high-quality silicone rubber O-rings.

4. The top of the vessel has a flat protective ring, making it easy to hold. When installing a plug seal at the top, it can be stably stacked multiple times in conjunction with the annular protrusion at the bottom.

5. There are two tapered threaded holes on the top and side of the base, and the valve can be tightened and fixed to either screw hole.
Another screw hole is used to install a vacuum gauge, which facilitates accurate understanding of the vacuum status inside the container at any time. It can also be sealed with a screw plug.

6. The valve is a specialized needle valve, and the valve core is made of precision metal materials. The intake flow rate gradually stabilizes and adjusts from small to large.

7. After tightening the needle valve slightly with your fingers, the leakage rate is zero under atmospheric pressure.

8. The needle valve is connected to the trachea using a quick change connector. Its connecting head can rotate freely 360 degrees, and the trachea adopts a P-shaped hard tube.

9. Two needle valves can be installed simultaneously, one for vacuuming and the other for introducing inert gas, achieving vacuum preservation in an inert gas atmosphere.

NOTE

1. Do not expose the vacuum dryer to the following chemicals and their vapors: strong alkalis, esters, aromatic or halogenated hydrocarbons, ketones. These chemicals can potentially damage polycarbonate.

2. Cannot be used for high-pressure sterilization.
3. You can use hot soap or a neutral detergent solution to clean, and then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Do not use organic solvents, strong alkaline cleaning agents, or corrosive solvents.
4. Installation of dedicated needle valve: The main needle valve is installed on the base of the vacuum dryer when the product leaves the factory. When customers need to install the dedicated needle valve themselves, they should use the metal hexagonal on the valve body and tighten it with a suitable wrench.
The pipe joint on the needle valve body is sealed with sealant and can be loaded and unloaded 2-3 times under normal circumstances. In situations where there is no sealing effect, wrap sealing tape (raw material tape) around the sealant before use.
When using the sealing tape, there should be a 1.5-2 pitch left at the front end of the threaded part without wrapping the sealing tape. Just lightly close the regulating valve, don't tighten it too tightly.
The vacuum vessel needs to be very clean before pumping to avoid small dust particles entering the valve body, which may cause the intake to fail to close. The vacuum valve should be lightly tightened and should not be tightened too frequently
