If it is out of the default alarm range(＜2℃ or ＞8℃ (＜35.6℉ or ＞46.4℉), the red light will flash. Because it is a single use usb thermometer, you can't stop it after it starts temperature recording until it is full and the U30T data logger will stop automatically.

Our products are packaged in a small plastic sealed pouch to seal the product against water and moisture, and a large bone pocket into which we place the sealed product and instructions, with 3 strips of double sided tape so that you can stick the large bone pocket in a prominent position.
