1. Remove the built in actuator from the PT pump and replace the head and cover plate with an o and M6 .
2. Check that the throttle shaft on the front of the PT pump is not bent by the impact.
3. When the PT pump was originally using the built in actuator, the throttle lever outside was fixed in the large throttle position (left), loosen the throttle lever stop screws on the left and right sides, and toggle the shaft to see if it is stuck or loose. Adjust the right screw to idle speed, about 650-750 rpm, and lock it tight.
