ProductDescription : Working principle:
1. Rotate the uniform feeding screw counterclockwise to prevent the uniform feeding knife from coming into contact with the bottom base plate. Then, gently pull up the positioning screw and rotate the uniform feeding frame at a certain angle to smoothly fit the fiber bundle into the sample insertion groove.
2. Pull the left base plate to the left and separate it from the right base plate.
3. Insert an appropriate number of fiber or yarn samples arranged in a straight and parallel manner into the sample insertion groove on the right base plate, and then push the left base plate along the guide slot to make the sample in a compressed state.
4. Drop a small amount of collodion onto the sample and move the sample so that the glue fully penetrates the sample. After the glue dries, use blade to cut off the exposed sample.
5. Return the uniform feeding frame to its original position, adjust the uniform feeding screw to extend the sample out of the bottom base plate (below), and then apply a thin layer of collodion on the surface of the sample.
6. After the glue dries, use blade to cut the first sample along the plane of the bottom base plate (note: the blade edge should be flat against the metal base plate), and discard the first sample.
7. Adjust the uniform feeding screw according to the required sample thickness, and cut the second, third, and fourth samples.
