Tips:

*The welding electrodes of 1.0mm and 1.2mm have strict requirements on the current of the welding machine and need to be debugged slowly. Welding of thin plates is not recommended for novices and those who are new to welding, especially under a millimeter. The welding electrodes of 1.0mm and 1.2mm are too thin when welding. It will swing back and forth. Customers with rich welding experience can choose a welding electrode of 1.4mm if they want to weld a thin plate of about 0.5 mm. Please take a look at the current range of the electrode current before ordering to avoid unnecessary trouble for both parties.

*The electrode before welding shall be baked at 300-350℃ for 1 h.

*Use DC power as much as possible, and the current should not be too large.
