ProductDescription : Ceramacast 675N is a alumina nitride based, fine grain thermally conductive potting compound. Resists temperatures up to 2200°F (1204°C). Supplied in powder form and mixed with water in 100:17 weight ratio to develop a strong hydraulic bond.

Curing procedures are as follow:
1) Air dry for a minimum of 8 hours.
2) Bake at 200°F for 2-4 hours.
3) Final cure at 250°F for 3 hours.
4) Final cure at 450°F for 30-60 minutes when using the HLB-1 Hydrophobic Liquid Binder.
