Directions : 1. For cold therapy, place the FreezeSleeve Flat Pak inside a resealable bag and put it in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. Once frozen, remove it from the freezer and apply it to the affected area for 15-20 minutes. 2. For heat therapy, remove the FreezeSleeve Flat Pak from the storage bag and microwave it for 30 seconds. Check the temperature and reheat in 10-second increments until it reaches the desired warmth. Apply it to the affected area for 15-20 minutes. 3. Always ensure the FreezeSleeve Flat Pak is not too hot or cold before applying it to the skin. 4. After use, clean the FreezeSleeve Flat Pak with warm, soapy water and let it dry before storing it.
