Instructions for Use and Care:

Do NOT put the coffee pot directly on the stove when empty.
Use the coffee pot on low heat. Copper is an excellent heat conductor, if you keep the fire at the lowest temperature, you can achieve a flawless cooking without damaging the tin.
Always use a wooden spoon. Metal utensils can damage the tin.
Do NOT wash in the dishwasher. Hand wash only with a soft sponge and liquid detergents. After washing, dry it with a cloth.
You can use salt and vinegar to shine the copper.
In order to prevent stains on the product surface, it must be used at low temperatures and dried after washing.

How is Turkish Coffee Made?

Turkish coffee is prepared in 4 ways. Before the coffee is made, it should be asked which of the following ways of making is desired:

• Black coffee is made without sugar.
• Low sugar coffee is made with 1 teaspoon of sugar.
• Medium coffee is made with 2 teaspoons of sugar.
• High sugar coffee is made using 3 teaspoons of sugar.

Making: For each cup of coffee, put a cup of water, 2 teaspoons of coffee and sugar into the pot. Mix well, place the coffee pot on low heat and slowly bring to a boil. The slower the coffee is cooked, the more delicious it becomes. When it starts to boil, distribute the foam formed on top to the cups, boil again and distribute the rest to the cups.
