Method of bartending
1. Shake method
It is the most common and simple method for making cocktails. Put the alcoholic materials and ingredients, ice cubes, etc. into the shaker and shake it back and forth to make it fully mixed.
Equipment: shaker, measuring cup, wine glass, ice tongs
(1) The basic equipment needed to use the shaking method: shaker ice tongs, ice cubes.
(2) After measuring the correct amount of the ingredients in a measuring cup, pour them into the opened shaker.
(3) Clamp the ice cubes with an ice clamp and put them in the shaker.
(4) After covering the shaker, put the thumb of the right hand against the index finger and little finger of the upper cover to clamp the shaker, and the middle finger and ring finger support the shaker.
(5) The left ring finger and middle finger of the left hand hold the index finger and little finger at the bottom of the Shake pot to clamp the Shake pot, and the thumb to clamp the filter cover.
(6) Hold the shaker tightly with both hands, raise the back of the hand to the shoulder, and then shake it back and forth with the wrist. When shaking, the speed should be fast, shaking back and forth about 10 times, and then shaking back and forth about 10 times in a horizontal manner.
2. Direct injection method
A cocktail preparation method in which the ingredients are directly poured into a wine glass. The method is very simple. Beginners can get started quickly.
Equipment: cocktail glass, measuring cup, ice cubes, ice clamp
(1) The basic equipment needed to use the direct injection method: cocktail glass, measuring cup, ice cube, ice clamp
(2) After measuring the correct amount of base wine in a measuring cup, pour it into a cocktail glass.
(3) Take ice cubes with an ice clamp and put them in a cocktail glass.
(9) Finally, pour other ingredients into a full cup.
