Proper surface preparation is crucial, and the coating should be subjected to a 60-minute bake cycle at 400°F (204°C) for optimal curing, hardness, and durability. If the object coated reaches 400°F (204°C) for at least 1 hour while in use, the coating can be cured during operation.
