Byte, bit-by-bit and sub-block data processing is provided. The KR1816VE51 consists of: ALU, RAM (128 bytes), ROM, input / output devices, serial port, programmable special purpose registers, 16-bit command counter, two 16-bit multimode timer-counter, master clock generator. EEPROM with UV erasure can be extended to 64 Kbytes due to external ROMs. Only 111 commands are implemented (64 instructions per 1 μs, 45 - for 2 μs, multiplication and division commands - 4 μs). They contain 60 000 integral elements.
