The module guarantees a tolerance of no more than 3.8ppm @ -10...+60 C, and a maximum tolerance of 5ppm within its operating temperature range of -40...+85 C. In other words, a clock that is synchronized using the CANADUINO High Precision 1Hz Clock Generator, has a maximum drift of 2 minutes per year @ -10...+60 C. We designed this module with discrete or analog DIY clock projects in mind, as an alternative to microcontroller based clocks with RTC chips. The 1kHz (1024Hz exactly) output can be used for an alarm sound, for example. The tiny module measures only about 10*11mm. Straight pin header included.
