Excellante heavy duty cheese cutter. The bright polished aluminum die-cast heavy duty cheese cutter has an adjustable roller built in. It has a hook piercing handle for storage. It slices soft fine cheese. Caution: Make sure the wire is tightly screwed. Not suitable to cut hard cheese. For use on Cheddar, mozzarella or similar types of soft cheese only. Usage instruction: Adjust golden screws on the side of the cutter with a screwdriver for the thickness desired. Place cutter face up(side with no holes) and lay roller on the cheese. Hold at 45 degree angle and pull cutter backward as the wire slices the cheese.
