Item Description:

The design of the urine sediment quantitative analysis board makes the microscopic examination of urine sediment more accurate, consistent and safe. Its design makes detection easier and more practical. Avoid contamination of the specimens, and make the counting of Formed parts of urine specimens easier.

The urine sediment quantitative analysis board has a total of 10 counting cells, which can detect 10 urine samples.

Steps to comply with current standards:

1. After fully stirring the urine sample, take 10ml of urine and put it into the urine sediment centrifuge tube.

2. Centrifuge at 1000-1500R For 5 minutes.

3. Discard the supernatant after centrifugation, leaving 0.2ml of urine sediment.

4. Shake the centrifuge tube to mix the urine sediment thoroughly.

5. Use a micro capillary pipette to draw 15-20μl of urine sediment and pour it into the counting cell.

6. Observe under a microscope with a magnification of 400 times.

7. Reporting method: red blood cells (white blood cells, epithelial cells, casts) xx/μl
