The Grandmax Category 6 cable is professional grade and verified as compliant with ANSI/TIA-568-C.2 standards.
CAT6 cables allow for 10 Gigabit speeds, unlike CAT5e's maximum of 1 Gigabit. CAT6 also allows for two-way communication for each pair of wires, which leads to faster perceived speed. If you need a fast internal network then CAT6 is the best choice.

The Grandmax Category 6 cable is tested to 550 MHz, exceeding industry requirements to provide additional bandwidth and performance. Our cables use 100% bare copper and are therefore ANSI/TIA-568-C.2 standards compliant, unlike copper-clad aluminum (CCA) cables. This cable is rated for use in plenum spaces, meaning that it is more fire resistant than riser-rated cables.
