It has a 6 inch diameter ring which securely hold 10 kg graphite crucible and 21 inch handle each side to protect hand from hot molten metal. This ring diameter can be enlarge to fit it to grip your 10 kg graphite crucible of any make. Due to heavy weight of crucible with molten metal, one person can’t handle this tong. Hence two persons are required to operate this tong.
