ProductDescription : The furnace can melt up to 5 Kg (measured in Brass, other metals will vary). Designed with a powerful DFP burner to heat up to 2300°F. Features a heavy-duty steel exterior with refractory cement on the furnace floor and firebrick, therefore providing both superior strength and durability; furnace interior is fully lined with 1" of ceramic wool and the cover is lined with 2" to 3" of the ceramic wool as well. Connection kit included: Gas pressure regulator, 1 - 90 PSI (0 - 6 bar) gauge with manometer, an 8" gas hose, and 2 clamps.

Our Quick Cast is an ultra-fine, oil-bonded and pre-mixed moldable clay/sand mixture that allows you to cast highly detailed silver, gold, and copper materials. This method allows you to virtually duplicate dimensional objects (such as ancient coins, toys, wax, wood, plastics, etc). The molds can be made from objects composed of wood, wax, epoxy, plastics, and metal. Not recommended for designs with undercuts.

The mold flask measures: 4-3/4" x 3" x 2".

19" black carbon tongs firmly grip the outer lip of the crucible.

The crucible is rated to withstand temperatures up to 1560°F to 2912°F. Measurements: 5-1/4" high x 4-3/4" in diameter (exterior dimensions); 4-3/4" deep x 3-3/4" in diameter (interior dimensions).

The 13" gloves are ideal for protection during high-heat temperature applications.

Parting powder provides a non-stick surface while working with the quick cast sand/clay (4 oz).

Anhydrous flux aids in keeping your molten metals at a liquified state, and helps draw out impurities (4 oz).
