Please following this usage to put on the shower cover

when putting it on, roll the elastic strap on top of the plastic and only when fully slid on the cast, roll it back over onto the skin. Pulling the elastic over the cast material is not easy. The same would apply for taking it off. Just roll the elastic back over the plastic and the cover comes right off.
