Here are some tips make sure that the skin where you're going to put it is dry. Before you do anything hold up the packet so you kind of know where you're going to be centering it so that the shower cover is as close as possible centered with your ostomy bag. Fold back the edge it's hard to see but once you fold it back on one of the sides you can then easily peel off the white paper place it carefully centering your bag. Now you can take shower but be careful not to position ostomy bag directly under shower head. After you take a shower, then careful to dry off your body totally before doing the next step. Dry off with a towel and then take your blow dryer on low cool setting and blow dry all around your ileostomy bag. Be careful when you are peeling the adhesive part of this piece to your urostomy bag.
