This universal coupling has a twist-lock, quick-connect, universal crowfoot fitting on one side and a hose shank on the other side. The crowfoot fitting side of this coupler will connects to another crowfoot fitting of the same size. The hose shank side can be attached to 1/2" hose. The body of this crowfoot fitting is made of ductile iron. Ductile iron universal couplings are lightweight and are corrosion and abrasion resistant. This fitting’s seal is made of NBR (Buna-N) rubber. Buna-N seals are resistant to fuel, oil, and other chemicals. These crowfoot fittings are suitable for use with air, water, hydraulic oils, coolants, gasoline, and other petroleum products. This universal crowfoot fitting is made to quickly connect or disconnect. They comply with commercial item description A-A-59553 for quick disconnect fittings. These crowfoot fittings are often used in all types of air and water applications. Universal crowfoot fittings are popular couplings because they are economical and can easily be connected and disconnected.
