ProductDescription : Gloxco brand polypropylene plastic type B cam lock fitting. This type B poly cam lock fitting has a 2″ female camlock (cam and groove) quick connect coupling on one side and a 2″ male NPT theads on the other side. The female camlock side of this coupler will only attach to a 2″ male camlock. The male threaded side will connect to and female NPT (National Pipe Tapered) threaded pipe. The body of this cam and groove fitting is made of polypropylene plastic. This Poly cam lock fitting is lightweight and resistant to abrasion corrosion and some chemicals. This fitting’s seal is made of NBR (Buna-N) rubber. Buna-N seals are resistant to fuel, oil, and other chemicals. These cam and groove fittings are suitable for use with water and other liquids. These Type B cam and groove fittings are made to quickly connect or disconnect. They comply with commercial item description A-A-59326D for quick disconnect fittings. These Gloxco camlock fittings are often used in applications such as vacuum trucks, vacuum trailers, frac tanks, fuel delivery, grain movement and waste water industry. Cam lock (cam and groove) fittings are popular couplings because they are economical and can easily be connected and disconnected. Warning: Type B cam lock fittings, or any other camlock fitting, should not be used for compressed air or steam.
