WarrantyDescription : RUPES 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY RUPES warrants to the original purchaser only, that RUPES power tools shall be free from material or workmanship defects for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase (3 years for Cyclo Pro Models). To the extent permitted by law, RUPES sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty is expressly limited to the replacement or repair, without charge, of those parts determined by RUPES to be defective. Power tools that have been subjected to misuse (including but not limited to overloading and use not specified in the user’s manual), neglect, faulty maintenance, alteration, damage caused by improper use of chemicals, repairs by unauthorized parties, or damage caused by normal “wear & tear”, are not covered. To invoke coverage under this warranty, purchaser must return the power tool, including the original proof of purchase (sales receipt), to the RUPES USA Factory Service Center. In the event the repairs are deemed non-warranty the repair charges shall be borne by purchaser. This limited warranty does not apply to accessory items such as pads, backing plates, chemicals and normally wearable motor parts such as bearings, blades, brushes, etc. The warranty described herein is not transferable to other individuals beyond the original purchaser. Only tools purchased from an authorized RUPES USA distributor are eligible for repair under this warranty. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND EXCLUDES ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. WarrantyDescription2 : Nanoskin guarantees that every tool is meticulously inspected and tested before leaving the factory. We warrant these tools to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for ONE YEAR from the original purchase date.
If any issues arise within this one-year period, please return the COMPLETE product to Nanoskin’s Factory or one of our Authorized Service Centers. The product must be returned with freight prepaid by the user. Upon inspection, if the issue is due to defective workmanship or materials, Nanoskin will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge.
This warranty does not cover tools that have been abused, misused (including overloading and use contrary to the user's manual), neglected, inadequately maintained, altered, damaged by incorrect chemical use, unauthorized repairs, or affected by wear and tear from normal use.
To make a claim under this warranty, the purchaser must return the tool along with the original proof of purchase (sales receipt) to Nanoskin. Repairs considered outside the scope of this warranty will be charged to the purchaser. Please note that this warranty does not cover accessory items such as pads, backing plates, chemicals, and parts subject to wear under normal use, such as bearings, blades, brushes, etc.
This warranty is non-transferable and is applicable only to the original purchaser. Only tools purchased from an authorized Nanoskin distributor are eligible for repair under this warranty.
