Description: Material 201 is a copper-phosphorus binary solder with close to eutectic composition. The melting point is 710-793°C. It has good fluidity and can flow into brazing seams with small gaps. The price of solder is cheap, so it is widely used. However, the plasticity of brazed joints is poor, and joints that are in shock and vibration working conditions should not be used.
Note: It is not necessary to use brazing flux when brazing copper, but it should be used with silver flux when brazing copper alloy.
