Tail Light Mode - Outside ring of LED's are lit to create "Halo Effect". Brake / Turn Signal Light Mode - Outside ring and all inner LED's are lit at the same time. White wire - ground, black wire - tail lights and red wire - brake / turn lights. The lights measure 17" L by 1 3/8" W by 1" H. The mounting holes are approx. 16 1/8" apart. These Lights are impact resistant and less susceptible to shock damage. Each LED Light is water-tight sealed. These LEDs draw less current, generate less heat and are brighter and light faster than an incandescent bulb. 12 Volt input. DOT Approved
