ProductDescription :
This full-metal jack model features a stainless steel cylinder, aluminum alloy base shell, realistic appearance, precise structure, and dual-stage piston rod with a conservative lifting capacity of 15kg.
Instructions for use: When you receive the product, the jack will be in the fully lifted position. At this point, pull out the hand crank and use the head of the crank to rotate the pressure relief valve counterclockwise one and a half turns. Slowly press the piston rod to the lowest position, then rotate the pressure relief valve clockwise one and a half turns. Insert the hand crank into the handle and move it up and down. The jack will then begin to function. (For the first use, press the piston rod and crank the hand crank slowly. If the speed is too fast, air bubbles may form in the hydraulic oil inside the cylinder, causing a slight amount of hydraulic oil to be expelled through the vent hole due to the rising oil level. This is normal and will disappear after several work cycles.)
Important Notes: - The vertical jack can only be used in an upright position; it should not be used horizontally or upside down.
- If the jack does not reach the top when cranking, use a syringe to add hydraulic oil through the oil filling port.
- When storing, ensure the jack is in its fully lifted position. If the piston rod is retracted, do not place the jack horizontally or upside down, as hydraulic oil may leak from the oil fill/vent hole.
