It is designed for optimal performance in both cracked and uncracked concrete; a requirement that the IBC 2006 places on post-installed anchors. The high-strength, easy-to-install Titen HD anchor has been tested and proven to provide exceptional performance in cracked and uncracked concrete under static and seismic loading conditions. The self-shearing and non-expanding characteristics of the Titen HD anchor make it ideal for structural applications, even at tight edge distances and spacing. Recommended for dry permanent environments, non-corrosive interiors or temporary outdoor applications. Mechanical galvanizing meets ASTM B695, Class 65, Type 1. Designed for some pressure-treated wood sill plate applications. Not suitable for use in other corrosive or outdoor environments.
