How to Use the Brake Caliper Tool Kit:
Take down the old bearing:
1. Select the appropriate puller for your vehicle model and insert it into the old bearing.
2. Place the central screw of the puller against the centre of the bearing, add the brass washer and tighten the nut.
3. Apply oil to the locating pin, insert it from the other side of the wheel, add a washer and tighten the nut.
4. Slowly rotate the centre screw of the puller, apply even pressure and pull the bearing out of the hub.
5. Ensure even pressure during operation to avoid damage to the hub or bearing housing.
Install the new bearing:
1.Before installing a new bearing, coat the bearing and housing with oil.
2.Align the new bearing with the housing and press the bearing into the housing using the reverse function of the puller tool or an appropriate tool. Make sure the bearing is in place and secure.
3.Reinstall the hub onto the axle and tighten the set bolts of hub using a spanner.
4.Reinstall the brake discs and calipers, making sure all components are tightened securely.

1.Be careful during operation to ensure that each step is carried out in sequence and to check that all components are correctly installed and tightened.
2.If excessive resistance or abnormal conditions are encountered during operation, stop immediately and check the cause to avoid damage caused by forced operation.
