This beautiful collar features the American flag in black and white adorned with the Thin Blue Line. The Thin Blue Line is a symbol used by law enforcement, originating in the United Kingdom but now prevalent in the United States and Canada to commemorate fallen law enforcement officers and to symbolize the relationship of law enforcement in the community as the protectors of fellow civilians from criminal elements. Made of very strong polyester material. The tensile strength is comparable to nylon collars of the same width but our polyester collars are more hydrophobic, meaning that it does not absorb very much water when it gets wet, thus making is more resistant to mold and mildew.
