Outside of the rack, the bar sits 7.5-inches off the ground and is crafted with 28 mm knurled neutral handles that give a firm, sturdy grip as you lift your weights. This hexagonal design, made to support a weight capacity of up to 800-pounds, allows you to lift safer, isolates certain muscle groups, and will last you a lifetime.
