ProductDescription : The M15K Omnitrack medium Duty, Push Fit Ball Units are machined from solid steel & case hardened for wear resistance. Ideal for smooth & precise movement across a surface changing direction without a trail, with minimal effort. Our Solid Steel Housing Ball Transfer Units also feature pressed top caps which offer protection against impact from misalignment of the conveyed item. Commonly seen in horizontal position, ball up applications creating ‘Ball Tables’ or similar conveying surfaces our Low Collar Solid Body Ball casters allow movement horizontally on all axis as well as rotation on the vertical axis. They can also be used at an angle using a ‘V’ formation allowing the channelling & free rotation of tubular materials. To compensate for irregularities in bore & diameter during installation we offer a range of Tolerance Rings as well as K & C Clips making these ideal where only single-sided access of mounting surface is available. With a low friction coefficient of 1:0.02 & operating at a speed of up to 3ft/s at temperatures ranging from -22°F to +212°F our Medium Duty Ball Transfer units offer great value for your air-cargo facilities, assembly lines, & other projects!
