What is Rexine?: It is the registered trademark of an artificial leather leather cloth fabric produced in the United Kingdom by Rexine Ltd of Hyde, near Manchester, England. It is made of cloth surfaced with a mixture of cellulose nitrate, camphor oil, pigment and alcohol, embossed to look like leather. It is a material that will not dry out, crack or wear out like real leather, making it a perfect solution for bagpipes.
