The technical, multi-layered construction ensures an optimized fit for protection and comfort: Advanced, soft poly-lycra inner lining allows the protector to be worn either under or over a garment. The innovative dual composition padding incorporates a 3mm high-density poly-foam layer laminated with 4mm absorption EVA, providing exceptional impact protection. This body protector leverages specially selected materials to offer a crucial weight-saving performance. The external layer is made of 500 Dernier Cordura to ensure high resistance to abrasion. For impact and shock dispersion, dual-density, ergonomically shaped protectors feature a fiberglass core and a robust PE hardshell outer.

The central adjustable back panel with Velcro attachments provides a complete range of fit, ensuring that protection can be tailored to be worn comfortably under or over a garment. The fully adjustable front strap includes a secure D-ring closure and an elasticated section for additional comfort. The adjustable shoulder straps are made from highly breathable 3D mesh and include an elasticated gusset that conforms to the body’s shape for a snug fit.
