The spring handled massage mallets feature wooden handles that are 4" long and 5/8" thick. There is a rubber ball on the end of a 7" coil spring shaft. Overall length is a little over a foot, 12 1/2". Used alone, or in pairs, these are great for pounding away stress and soreness from tight muscles. The springy shafts make for a very lively massage action. These are particularly effective for self massage of the neck and shoulders. These backscratcher/massagers are cut from mature bamboo, and are very strong and sturdy.
