Chemical Properties: Like white or white powder, soluble in water. Application: Pullulan polysaccharide is a natural water-soluble polysaccharide produced by Aureobasidium pullulans fermentation. It has unique properties, such as adhesion and oxygen resistance. It can be dissolved in water quickly, and the solution is neutral. It is non ionized, non gelatinized, and is compatible with other food colloids. It can be widely used in food and cosmetics.
Usage: A solution of about 10% is prepared with distilled water or cold boiled water and then added to food. It can be used in combination with other food colloids. The usage of solid food is generally 30 50g/kg, and the maximum usage of fruit and vegetable juice (pulp) drinks is 3g/kg, referring specifically to GB2760.
