ARON ALPHA TYPE 414TXZ is a one component (requires no mixing), humidity cure, gel no run viscosity, rubber toughened instant adhesive with increased flexibility and peel strength along with enhanced resistance to shock and thermal cycling. The product provides rapid bonding on a wide range of materials including metals, plastics and elastomers. APPLICATIONS Ferrite magnets to plastic and metal housing Loudspeaker parts (surround, voice coil) Tacking O-rings in metal grooved enclosures EPDM to aluminum Steel to epoxy composite Rubber to rubber Rubber to metal gasket Metal to metal Plastic to plastic E-cores Steel cover plates in transformers Disk drives Plastic or metal housings of electric motors.

1) Fast curing, ethyl-2 cyanoacrylate instant adhesive; Designed for applications requiring high heat resistance, high peeling resistance, high impact resistance and thermal shock resistance
2) No run gel viscosity (6,000 cps) for gap filling up to 0.008 inches
3) Fixture time within 3 seconds on rigid PVC; 5 seconds on Neoprene; 10 seconds on Steel and 30 seconds on Aluminum; Full cure 24 hours
4) Shear strength (PSI) on rigid PVC, : 3,600, Steel: 4,300; Impact resistance bonding steel to steel is 7 ft-lbs per square inch; Heat resistance bonding steel to steel after exposure 248 F x 24 hours is 1,700 PSI
