This warranty is invalid for improper installation resulting in damage to the product. Customers may request a RMA for defective products within 1 year of order receipt. Sonora Design will send a pre-paid UPS Return Label for ground shipment. We will (at our discretion) repair or replace the defective product within 5 business days and return the product by UPS ground at no additional charge. If immediate product replacement is required, Sonora Design will send a replacement product when provided with a credit card guarantee. If the defective product is not returned within 10 business days of the RMA issue date, the credit card will be charged for the product amount. All products will be sent UPS ground. The customer is responsible for any additional charges for expedited shipping. Within 90 days of receipt of your order, you may return: Any item in its original condition that either did not fit your application or was not needed. The item cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. Product returns that are returned for credit will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. A refund will be issued as a credit card cash refund.
