PolyMide PA6-GF is very stiff, so a proper setup is necessary to ensure smooth feeding and avoid excessive bending in the filament guide system. It's crucial to keep the filament enclosed in a desiccant box while printing and to clean the nozzles after every 8 prints or so.

Printing Setting:
Nozzle: 280˚C- 300˚C;
Bed: 25-50˚C (Do NOT exceed 50 ˚C);
Speed: 30-60 mm/s;
Bed Surface: almost any surface with a thin coat of PVA glue or Magigoo PA;
Annealing: 80℃ for 6h (To ensure a good heat resistance of your printed part it is recommended to anneal your print model).
Tips: Please pass the filament through the fixed hole to avoid tangles after use. We recommend switching to an abrasion-resistant nozzle such as a hardened steel nozzle. PA6-GF Filament is moisture sensitive, so please do keep your filament in a dry box when printing and put your filament back in the resealable bag when not using it
