SpecificationBrand : Spriour
BulletPoint1 : Printed parts are durable: The addition of reinforced glass fiber makes PA6-GF strong and durable, which is very suitable for printing parts that need to withstand heavy loads, resist bending and impact.
BulletPoint2 : Dimensional accuracy: The addition of glass fiber gives PA-GF excellent dimensional stability. Compared with ordinary nylon filament, PA6-GF minimizes warpage, and the part size can be maintained accurately when printing models with complex geometric structures.
BulletPoint3 : Heat resistance and stability: PA6-GF has a high heat distortion temperature and excellent thermal stability, allowing it to maintain its original mechanical properties at high temperatures and adapt to harsh engineering applications and automotive applications.
BulletPoint4 : Corrosion resistance: Nylon glass fiber has good chemical corrosion resistance (including engine oil, paint and various chemical solvents, etc.), and its printed parts can adapt to more severe working environments.
BulletPoint5 : Easy to print: printer nozzle temperature: 260-290°C, hot bed temperature: 80-100°C, printing environment temperature: 45-60°C, cooling fan: 0-60°C, printing speed: <130mm/s

ProductDescription :
PA6-GF is a nylon filament containing glass fiber reinforcement and has top engineering application performance. Its printed products have excellent structural strength, durability and dimensional stability.
Recommended printing parameters:
Printer nozzle temperature: 260-290°C
Hot bed temperature: 80-100°C
Printing environment temperature: 45-60°C
Cooling fan: 0-60°C
Printing speed: <130mm/s
Printing Tips
PA6-GF needs proper drying before printing: recommended drying temperature is 80 ℃ for 8 to 12 hours in a blast drying oven, or 90 to 100 ℃ for 10 to 12 hours on heat bed. (Do not exceed 100 ℃ because the spool may deform or even melt).
To prevent the filament from absorbing moisture, it is recommended to use an airtight storage container with desiccant during printing.
To minimize warping, avoid printing large-sized high infill density models. Use enclosed printers and ensure the build plate is properly applied with glue for better print adhesion before printing.
