The Usage of this Flexible Steel Plate and Magnetic Base Sticker set:

The traditional DLPSLA light curing printer platform must be removed with tools such as a scraper, while use this set the model can be removed by bending. Cooperate with the soft magnetic sheet, the steel plate can be adsorbed on the build plate. It's easier to remove the print model from the resilient steel plate.

Instructions for use:

1. Clean the build platform with Isopropyl alcohol, it must be clean and dry.

2. Stick the magnetic base on the platform, check the most suitable position before sticking, in case of shift.

3. After confirming the most suitable position, you need to tear off 3M adhesive about 20mm and install. At the same time, press the magnetic base to make is stick on the build plate well and no bubbles. (Wait about 72 hours later, it will achiere the best offect.)

4. Clean the flexible steel plate with Isopropyl alcohol. Then, you can apply the flexible steel plate on the magnetic base, please look the direction of those two tabs (handles), they should face you.

5. After installing, you need to level the build plate to avoid nozzle scratching the surface, if there is no level issue, you can start to print.

NOTES:

1.Don't scratch the surface to avoid deformation of the bottom surface of the printing model.

2.Don't bend the steel plate excessively to avoid damaging the surface coating.

3.Please confirm whether the magnetic force is enough to ensure that the steel plate is stable on the platform.

4.Don't use chemicals other than alcohol to clean.

5.You may need to adjust the Z limit switch after installing, it will be 2.7mm hight that means the printing height will be reduced about 2.7mm.
