Candelilla Wax is an all-natural vegetable wax found on leaves of the wild Candelilla plant growing in semi-arid desert regions around the world. Candelilla Wax has many uses; it serves as a great vegan substitute for beeswax. Also, this wax is used in a multitude of products ranging from cosmetics in lipsticks, balms and ointments, to polishes for furniture, leather and automobiles, in precision and electroplating casting, as well as in finishes for leather and textiles. This 100% natural wax varies in color from light brown to pale yellow. It is a hard brittle with a distinctive odor.
